How do we submit requests?
All requests are submitted through our client portal, where you can describe the task, attach any necessary files or brand materials, and set priorities. You'll also be able to track progress, view estimates, and manage your task queue all in one place.
How long does a typical task take to complete?
- Single task: next business day
- Projects with 2-3 tasks: 1-2 business days

For routine jobs, we provide fixed estimates you can see directly in the portal. For more custom requests, we'll provide an estimated timeframe shortly after receiving your request.

How do we provide feedback and approvals?
Our client portal makes feedback and approvals straightforward. You can review completed work and provide feedback in your own time, at your convenience. When it makes sense - such as for more complex projects or multiple rounds of feedback - you can schedule a video call with your Client Services Manager to run through everything together.
Can you handle urgent requests?
We do our best to accommodate urgent requests as exceptions when capacity allows. If you have an urgent need, mark it as priority in the portal or contact your client manager directly. We'll fast-track it based on current workload and let you know immediately if the timeline isn't feasible.

Yes, we work within your existing brand guidelines to ensure all materials are consistent with your firm's visual identity. If you don't have formal brand guidelines yet, we can create them for you as part of our Design Desk service.
Do you write content or just handle posting/design?
At this stage, we can assist with copywriting for social media posts. We plan to offer more extensive copywriting services in due course.
For now, most content - such as article writing, newsletter copy, and detailed thought leadership pieces - will need to be provided by your firm. We'll handle the formatting, design, and publishing across your chosen platforms.
Is there a setup fee?
No, there are no setup fees. You can get started immediately once you select your package.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express). For packages where invoice billing is available, we can provide an invoice that can be paid via bank transfer.
All packages - both monthly subscriptions and prepaid blocks - are paid in advance.
What's the difference between monthly subscriptions and prepaid blocks?
Monthly subscriptions are ongoing arrangements with predictable monthly budgeting, making them more cost-effective for firms with consistent marketing needs. Subscriptions require 30 days' notice to cancel and include additional benefits such as dedicated client managers and monthly WIP calls (available in the Growth and Accelerate tiers).
Prepaid blocks allow you to pay upfront and use credits as needed within a set timeframe. They're ideal for firms with less substantial requirements or those that need focused work during busy marketing periods, such as launches, campaigns, or events. There's no monthly commitment or cancellation notice required, and you can purchase additional blocks at any time.
Both options deliver the same quality of work and turnaround times, with one round of revisions included per task or project (group of tasks).
Can we switch between subscription and prepaid blocks?
What if we don't use all our tasks in a month?
For monthly subscriptions, your task allocation resets at the start of each billing cycle. Unused tasks don't roll over to the following month.
For prepaid blocks, you have a set timeframe to use your tasks - 90 days for Essentials and Growth packages, or 180 days for Accelerate. Within that period, you can use your tasks as needed without monthly restrictions.
What happens if we go over our task allocation in a monthly subscription?
Are there any additional costs beyond the package price?
There are no additional costs for our services. All our software and tools - including stock photography - are included in your package price.
Your firm only pays for platform costs you would normally incur directly, such as your own software subscriptions (e.g., Canva Pro, email marketing platforms, or social media scheduling tools) and external service providers (e.g., photographers or videographers).
We can advise on the best platform options for your needs and help with setup, but these third-party costs are handled directly by your firm.
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your monthly subscription anytime with 30 days notice. There are no cancellation fees, though we reserve the right to quote for a handover process if it will take more than 2 hours to transfer files, documentation, and access to your team.
Prepaid blocks have no cancellation notice required since they're not ongoing commitments.
